Corporate Trainer (Chattogram) – Succession Planning & Talent Strategy

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on Succession Planning & Talent Strategy credibility and experience working with HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Chattogram, Bangladesh, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.

What You Will Support

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Succession Planning & Talent Strategy content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Succession Planning & Talent Strategy training sessions for client teams linked to Chattogram and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

Clear subject-matter credibility in Succession Planning & Talent Strategy; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
