The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused instructor with hands-on Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills credibility and experience working with HR teams, managers, and leadership populations across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills training sessions for client teams linked to Yangon and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Preferred Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Yangon, Myanmar, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
