Learning & Development Consultant – Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills – Shenzhen

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills and is looking for a credible Learning & Development Consultant who can support assignments linked to Shenzhen and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills assignments in Shenzhen, China, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

What Success Looks Like

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.

Who This Would Suit

Hands-on credibility in Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Shenzhen, China, and wider Asia where relevant.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development in corporate or enterprise environments.
