This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Workforce Planning credibility and experience working with HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Preferred Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Workforce Planning; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Workforce Planning with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
