Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Business Writing & Global Communication and is looking for a credible Lead Learning Consultant who can support assignments linked to Xiamen and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for Business Writing & Global Communication assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve professional communication quality in international business settings.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

What You Will Support

• Deliver structured Business Writing & Global Communication training sessions for client teams linked to Xiamen and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in Business Writing & Global Communication; experience facilitating learning for business teams; excellent communication quality, learner sensitivity, and experience supporting business communication improvement; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes corporate language training, international communication, or workplace English programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.

• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Business Writing & Global Communication with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
