Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Business Writing & Global Communication and is looking for a credible Hybrid Learning Consultant who can support assignments linked to Abu Dhabi and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Business Writing & Global Communication credibility and experience working with international teams, managers, and professional learners across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve professional communication quality in international business settings.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Hybrid, and the role should be approached as a Consulting requirement.

What Success Looks Like

• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Business Writing & Global Communication content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
