Guangzhou In-House Trainer – Cross-Cultural English

A current stream of client demand has created an opportunity for a commercially credible In-House Trainer in Cross-Cultural English for assignments associated with Guangzhou and the wider Asian market.

Role Overview

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

We are building our pool of trusted trainers for Cross-Cultural English assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve professional communication quality in international business settings.

What You Will Support

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as One-Off Assignment support.

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Cross-Cultural English content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Cross-Cultural English training sessions for client teams linked to Guangzhou and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in Cross-Cultural English; experience facilitating learning for business teams; excellent communication quality, learner sensitivity, and experience supporting business communication improvement; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes corporate language training, international communication, or workplace English programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.
