Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Cross-Cultural English and is looking for a credible Remote Training Specialist who can support assignments linked to Busan and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

Client is seeking an experienced specialist trainer to deliver Cross-Cultural English training for international teams, managers, and professional learners across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve professional communication quality in international business settings.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

What You Will Support

• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Cross-Cultural English content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Cross-Cultural English with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Busan, South Korea, and wider Asia where relevant.

Strong practical expertise in Cross-Cultural English; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; excellent communication quality, learner sensitivity, and experience supporting business communication improvement; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in corporate language training, international communication, or workplace English programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
