Position Summary

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on English for Managers credibility and experience working with international teams, managers, and professional learners across Asia. • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured English for Managers training sessions for client teams linked to Taoyuan and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
