Assignment Overview

This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.

An upcoming client brief requires a capable advisor who can lead English for Managers learning engagements for international teams, managers, and professional learners across Asia. Delivery Scope

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

Candidate Profile

Relevant practitioner-level experience in English for Managers; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; excellent communication quality, learner sensitivity, and experience supporting business communication improvement; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in English for Managers with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
