Opportunity Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Meeting & Presentation English credibility and experience working with international teams, managers, and professional learners across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve professional communication quality in international business settings.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Meeting & Presentation English content easier to apply after the session.

Preferred Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Meeting & Presentation English; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; excellent communication quality, learner sensitivity, and experience supporting business communication improvement; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in corporate language training, international communication, or workplace English programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
