Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Change Management and is looking for a credible Training Programme Manager who can support assignments linked to Makati and wider regional demand.
Opportunity Overview
We are building our pool of trusted training programme managers for Change Management assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.
The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.
The expected delivery mode for this brief is Hybrid, and the role should be approached as a Multi-Session Programme requirement.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Change Management training sessions for client teams linked to Makati and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
Preferred Background
Hands-on credibility in Change Management; experience facilitating learning for business teams; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership in corporate or enterprise environments.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Change Management with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Makati, Philippines, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
