Kochi-Based Subject Matter Trainer – Change Management

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Change Management delivery and are now seeking a strong Subject Matter Trainer for client needs connected to Kochi and Asia.

Brief Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong trainer with proven Change Management expertise and experience supporting people managers, supervisors, and team leads across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Change Management content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Change Management training sessions for client teams linked to Kochi and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Candidate Background

Demonstrable expertise in Change Management; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Change Management with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Kochi, India, and wider Asia where relevant.
