Tashkent APAC Training Advisor – Change Management

We are seeking a delivery-ready APAC Training Advisor with proven Change Management capability for assignments connected to Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and broader Asia.

Position Summary

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused advisor with hands-on Change Management credibility and experience working with people managers, supervisors, and team leads in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

What Success Looks Like

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Change Management content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Change Management training sessions for client teams linked to Tashkent and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Who This Would Suit

Clear subject-matter credibility in Change Management; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
