Instructor – Coaching & Mentoring (Bangkok)

For upcoming Coaching & Mentoring briefs, we are looking for a strong Instructor who can engage professional audiences linked to Bangkok and surrounding markets.

Position Summary

This opportunity is targeted at a strong instructor with proven Coaching & Mentoring expertise and experience supporting people managers, supervisors, and team leads in Bangkok, Thailand, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Coaching & Mentoring content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Coaching & Mentoring training sessions for client teams linked to Bangkok and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Who This Would Suit

Demonstrable expertise in Coaching & Mentoring; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; comfortable working in in-person environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
