Lahore-Based Subject Matter Trainer – Coaching & Mentoring

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Coaching & Mentoring delivery and are now seeking a strong Subject Matter Trainer for client needs connected to Lahore and Asia.

Role Overview

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

This opportunity is targeted at a strong trainer with proven Coaching & Mentoring expertise and experience supporting people managers, supervisors, and team leads in Lahore, Pakistan, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

What You Will Support

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Coaching & Mentoring content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrable expertise in Coaching & Mentoring; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; comfortable working in in-person environments.

  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.

Ideal candidates will have worked across people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
