Corporate Trainer (Chongqing) – Cross-Cultural Leadership

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Cross-Cultural Leadership delivery and are now seeking a strong Corporate Trainer for client needs connected to Chongqing and Asia.

Position Summary

This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.

We are building our pool of trusted trainers for Cross-Cultural Leadership assignments in Chongqing, China, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

What Success Looks Like

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.

  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Cross-Cultural Leadership content easier to apply after the session.

Who This Would Suit

Hands-on credibility in Cross-Cultural Leadership; experience facilitating learning for business teams; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • Availability for project-based work linked to Chongqing, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
