Fuzhou-Based Freelance Corporate Trainer – Cross-Cultural Leadership

This role supports the growth of our Cross-Cultural Leadership trainer pool and would suit a credible Freelance Corporate Trainer available for assignments associated with Fuzhou.

Position Summary

This opportunity is targeted at a strong trainer with proven Cross-Cultural Leadership expertise and experience supporting people managers, supervisors, and team leads in Fuzhou, China, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

What Success Looks Like

  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Cross-Cultural Leadership training sessions for client teams linked to Fuzhou and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

Who This Would Suit

Demonstrable expertise in Cross-Cultural Leadership; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; comfortable working in in-person environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Cross-Cultural Leadership with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
