Position Summary

We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for Cross-Cultural Leadership assignments in Cebu City, Philippines, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.
