Position Summary
Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Cross-Cultural Leadership training for people managers, supervisors, and team leads across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.
This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.
