We are seeking a delivery-ready Workshop Facilitator with proven Delegation & Accountability capability for assignments connected to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and broader Asia.

Assignment Overview

We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for Delegation & Accountability assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a Short Series requirement.

Delivery Scope

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Delegation & Accountability content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Delegation & Accountability training sessions for client teams linked to Ulaanbaatar and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Candidate Profile

Hands-on credibility in Delegation & Accountability; experience facilitating learning for business teams; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership in corporate or enterprise environments.

  • Availability for project-based work linked to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
