We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Delegation & Accountability delivery and are now seeking a strong Lead Learning Consultant for client needs connected to Hyderabad and Asia.
Brief Overview
This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Delegation & Accountability credibility and experience working with people managers, supervisors, and team leads in Hyderabad, India, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.
The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.
Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.
Core Responsibilities
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Delegation & Accountability content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Delegation & Accountability training sessions for client teams linked to Hyderabad and wider Asia.
Candidate Background
Clear subject-matter credibility in Delegation & Accountability; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Delegation & Accountability with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
