We are building our pool of trusted professionals for First-Time Manager delivery and are now seeking a strong Corporate Trainer for client needs connected to Zhengzhou and Asia.

Role Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong trainer with proven First-Time Manager expertise and experience supporting people managers, supervisors, and team leads across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as One-Off Assignment support.

What You Will Support

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make First-Time Manager content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured First-Time Manager training sessions for client teams linked to Zhengzhou and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrable expertise in First-Time Manager; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
