Training Consultant for First-Time Managers – Bangkok

Client demand in First-Time Managers continues to develop, and we are adding capable Training Consultant profiles for work tied to Bangkok and regional corporate teams.

Role Overview

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

Client is seeking an experienced consultant to deliver First-Time Managers training for people managers, supervisors, and team leads in Bangkok, Thailand, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

What You Will Support

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make First-Time Managers content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured First-Time Managers training sessions for client teams linked to Bangkok and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

Strong practical expertise in First-Time Managers; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • Availability for project-based work linked to Bangkok, Thailand, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
