We are seeking a delivery-ready Senior Facilitator with proven First-Time Managers capability for assignments connected to Tehran, Iran, and broader Asia.

Opportunity Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on First-Time Managers credibility and experience working with people managers, supervisors, and team leads across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

Preferred Background

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in First-Time Managers with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Tehran, Iran, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.

Clear subject-matter credibility in First-Time Managers; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
