Pune-Based Lead Learning Consultant – Leadership Development

This role supports the growth of our Leadership Development trainer pool and would suit a credible Lead Learning Consultant available for assignments associated with Pune.

Role Overview

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

Client is seeking an experienced consultant to deliver Leadership Development training for people managers, supervisors, and team leads across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

What You Will Support

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Leadership Development content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Leadership Development training sessions for client teams linked to Pune and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

What We Are Looking For

Strong practical expertise in Leadership Development; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
