Cebu City-Based Learning & Development Consultant – Manager Communication

We are seeking a delivery-ready Learning & Development Consultant with proven Manager Communication capability for assignments connected to Cebu City, Philippines, and broader Asia.

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Manager Communication content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Who This Would Suit

Clear subject-matter credibility in Manager Communication; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
