Category: Leadership & Management
Expertise Area: People Management
Location Focus: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Delivery Mode: In-Person
Location Scope: Asia
Experience Level: Senior
Engagement Type: Multi-Session Programme
Brief Overview
This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on People Management credibility and experience working with people managers, supervisors, and team leads in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.
The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
Candidate Background
- Proven subject-matter credibility in People Management with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
- Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
Clear subject-matter credibility in People Management; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
Expression of Interest
The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.
Professionals with relevant People Management capability are invited to share their background, availability, and examples of previous delivery in comparable corporate settings.
