Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for People Management and is looking for a credible Lead Learning Consultant who can support assignments linked to Makati and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

This opportunity is targeted at a strong consultant with proven People Management expertise and experience supporting people managers, supervisors, and team leads across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

What Success Looks Like

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make People Management content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured People Management training sessions for client teams linked to Makati and wider Asia.

Who This Would Suit

Demonstrable expertise in People Management; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; comfortable working in hybrid environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in People Management with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
