Abu Dhabi Training Programme Manager – Performance Conversations

We are seeking a delivery-ready Training Programme Manager with proven Performance Conversations capability for assignments connected to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and broader Asia.

Opportunity Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong training programme manager with proven Performance Conversations expertise and experience supporting people managers, supervisors, and team leads in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Performance Conversations content easier to apply after the session.

Preferred Background

Demonstrable expertise in Performance Conversations; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
