Job Title: Instructor (Hangzhou) – Process Improvement

Category: Operations

Expertise Area: Process Improvement

Location Focus: Hangzhou, China

Delivery Mode: Remote / Virtual

Location Scope: Remote / Virtual and Asia

Experience Level: Senior

Engagement Type: Multi-Session Programme

Role Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong instructor with proven Process Improvement expertise and experience supporting operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners in Hangzhou, China, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

What You Will Support

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Process Improvement content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Process Improvement with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Hangzhou, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.

Demonstrable expertise in Process Improvement; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

Apply / Express Interest

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.

If your background aligns with this brief, please apply with an overview of your Process Improvement experience, training track record, and preferred delivery model.
