Wuhan Process Improvement Client-Facing Trainer

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Process Improvement delivery and are now seeking a strong Client-Facing Trainer for client needs connected to Wuhan and Asia.

Role Overview

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

This opportunity is targeted at a strong trainer with proven Process Improvement expertise and experience supporting operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners in Wuhan, China, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

What You Will Support

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

  • Deliver structured Process Improvement training sessions for client teams linked to Wuhan and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrable expertise in Process Improvement; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; comfortable working in hybrid environments.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Process Improvement with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Wuhan, China, and wider Asia where relevant.

Ideal candidates will have worked across operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
