Client demand in Process Improvement continues to develop, and we are adding capable APAC Training Advisor profiles for work tied to Delhi and regional corporate teams.
Opportunity Overview
An upcoming client brief requires a capable advisor who can lead Process Improvement learning engagements for operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.
The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.
The expected delivery mode for this brief is Hybrid, and the role should be approached as a Consulting requirement.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Process Improvement content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Process Improvement training sessions for client teams linked to Delhi and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
Preferred Background
Relevant practitioner-level experience in Process Improvement; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.
Preferred candidates will bring exposure to operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
- Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
