Instructor for Procurement Basics – Kathmandu

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Procurement Basics and is looking for a credible Instructor who can support assignments linked to Kathmandu and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused instructor with hands-on Procurement Basics credibility and experience working with operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners in Kathmandu, Nepal, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

What You Will Support

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Procurement Basics content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Procurement Basics training sessions for client teams linked to Kathmandu and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

Clear subject-matter credibility in Procurement Basics; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Procurement Basics with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Kathmandu, Nepal, and wider Asia where relevant.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
