This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on Project Management credibility and experience working with operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners in Lucknow, India, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

What Success Looks Like

The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a Short Series requirement.

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Project Management content easier to apply after the session.
