Workshop Facilitator – Quality Awareness (Suzhou)

For upcoming Quality Awareness briefs, we are looking for a strong Workshop Facilitator who can engage professional audiences linked to Suzhou and surrounding markets.

Brief Overview

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

Client is seeking an experienced facilitator to deliver Quality Awareness training for operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

Core Responsibilities

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Remote / Virtual, and the role should be approached as a Multi-Session Programme requirement.

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Quality Awareness content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Quality Awareness training sessions for client teams linked to Suzhou and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Candidate Background

Strong practical expertise in Quality Awareness; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Quality Awareness with evidence of practical business or corporate application.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
