Opportunity Overview

We are building our pool of trusted trainers for SOP Development assignments in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make SOP Development content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured SOP Development training sessions for client teams linked to Sharjah and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Hands-on credibility in SOP Development; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
