We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Supply Chain & Logistics delivery and are now seeking a strong Programme Coach for client needs connected to Taipei and Asia.
Role Overview
The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.
This opportunity is targeted at a strong coach with proven Supply Chain & Logistics expertise and experience supporting operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners in Taipei, Taiwan, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.
What You Will Support
From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Coaching work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Supply Chain & Logistics content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Supply Chain & Logistics training sessions for client teams linked to Taipei and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
What We Are Looking For
Demonstrable expertise in Supply Chain & Logistics; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; comfortable working in in-person environments.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Supply Chain & Logistics with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Taipei, Taiwan, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
Ideal candidates will have worked across operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
