A current stream of client demand has created an opportunity for a commercially credible Programme Coach in Supply Chain Basics for assignments associated with Yangon and the wider Asian market.
Role Overview
The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.
This opportunity is targeted at a strong coach with proven Supply Chain Basics expertise and experience supporting operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners in Yangon, Myanmar, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.
What You Will Support
Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Coaching support.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
What We Are Looking For
Demonstrable expertise in Supply Chain Basics; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; comfortable working in in-person environments.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
- Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
Ideal candidates will have worked across operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
