This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on Vendor Management credibility and experience working with operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners in Osaka, Japan, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

What Success Looks Like

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Vendor Management content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
