Enterprise Trainer (Incheon) – Workflow Improvement

A current stream of client demand has created an opportunity for a commercially credible Enterprise Trainer in Workflow Improvement for assignments associated with Incheon and the wider Asian market.

Opportunity Overview

We are building our pool of trusted trainers for Workflow Improvement assignments in Incheon, South Korea, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Workflow Improvement content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Preferred Background

Hands-on credibility in Workflow Improvement; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building in corporate or enterprise environments.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Workflow Improvement with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
