Client is seeking an experienced advisor to deliver Consultative Selling training for commercial teams, account managers, and customer-facing staff across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients raise commercial effectiveness, client engagement, and sales execution.
Delivery Scope
The expected delivery mode for this brief is Hybrid, and the role should be approached as a Consulting requirement.
- Deliver structured Consultative Selling training sessions for client teams linked to Beijing and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
Candidate Profile
Strong practical expertise in Consultative Selling; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong commercial credibility, facilitation energy, and the ability to improve live selling behaviour; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Consultative Selling with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Beijing, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in sales enablement, account management, customer success, or negotiation programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
