Hangzhou-Based Senior Facilitator – Discovery Questioning

We are seeking a delivery-ready Senior Facilitator with proven Discovery Questioning capability for assignments connected to Hangzhou, China, and broader Asia.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on Discovery Questioning credibility and experience working with commercial teams, account managers, and customer-facing staff across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients raise commercial effectiveness, client engagement, and sales execution.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Discovery Questioning content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Preferred Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Discovery Questioning; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong commercial credibility, facilitation energy, and the ability to improve live selling behaviour; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Discovery Questioning with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Hangzhou, China, and wider Asia where relevant.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in sales enablement, account management, customer success, or negotiation programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
