Client-Facing Trainer (Changsha) – Objection Handling

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Objection Handling delivery and are now seeking a strong Client-Facing Trainer for client needs connected to Changsha and Asia.

Role Overview

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Objection Handling training for commercial teams, account managers, and customer-facing staff in Changsha, China, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients raise commercial effectiveness, client engagement, and sales execution.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.

What You Will Support

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Objection Handling content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Objection Handling training sessions for client teams linked to Changsha and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

What We Are Looking For

Strong practical expertise in Objection Handling; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong commercial credibility, facilitation energy, and the ability to improve live selling behaviour; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in sales enablement, account management, customer success, or negotiation programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Objection Handling with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Changsha, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
