Programme Coach – Sales Fundamentals (Taoyuan)

Position Summary

We are building our pool of trusted coachs for Sales Fundamentals assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients raise commercial effectiveness, client engagement, and sales execution.

This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Coaching work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

What Success Looks Like

  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

Who This Would Suit

Hands-on credibility in Sales Fundamentals; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong commercial credibility, facilitation energy, and the ability to improve live selling behaviour; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes sales enablement, account management, customer success, or negotiation programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Sales Fundamentals with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
