Hanoi Workshop Facilitator – Business Etiquette & Professionalism

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Business Etiquette & Professionalism delivery and are now seeking a strong Workshop Facilitator for client needs connected to Hanoi and Asia.

Opportunity Overview

We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for Business Etiquette & Professionalism assignments in Hanoi, Vietnam, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

The current requirement points to Remote / Virtual delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Deliver structured Business Etiquette & Professionalism training sessions for client teams linked to Hanoi and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

Preferred Background

Hands-on credibility in Business Etiquette & Professionalism; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Business Etiquette & Professionalism with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
