Role Overview
This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused advisor with hands-on Business Etiquette & Professionalism credibility and experience working with corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.
This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.
The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.
What You Will Support
- Deliver structured Business Etiquette & Professionalism training sessions for client teams linked to Johor Bahru and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
What We Are Looking For
Clear subject-matter credibility in Business Etiquette & Professionalism; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Business Etiquette & Professionalism with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Johor Bahru, Malaysia, and wider Asia where relevant.
