We are seeking a delivery-ready Contract Training Facilitator with proven Collaboration & Teamwork capability for assignments connected to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and broader Asia.

Role Overview

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for Collaboration & Teamwork assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

What You Will Support

The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.

• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Collaboration & Teamwork content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Collaboration & Teamwork training sessions for client teams linked to Jeddah and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in Collaboration & Teamwork; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Collaboration & Teamwork with evidence of practical business or corporate application.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.
