Opportunity Overview
This opportunity is targeted at a strong facilitator with proven Collaboration & Teamwork expertise and experience supporting corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers in Kathmandu, Nepal, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.
Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.
Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Collaboration & Teamwork content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Collaboration & Teamwork training sessions for client teams linked to Kathmandu and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
Preferred Background
Demonstrable expertise in Collaboration & Teamwork; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; comfortable working in hybrid environments.
Ideal candidates will have worked across professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
