Ideal candidates will have worked across professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Collaboration & Teamwork with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Hangzhou, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
